First attempts..

This is the Original, as you can see, nice compositon, but Freddie's blinked and the only copy I can find is a monotone print:

 

                                              Opened the eyes (Look up to the skies?)

                                 Then tinted the whole thing 'sepia' to add an overall 'warmth'

Isolated the shirt and a couple of other areas such as the champagne glass..and tinted them separately:

Well, I've finally figured out how to colour (Colourise?) black and white photographs using 'canonscan' software rather than 'photoshop'. I Need to refine the technique to stop them looking like old Victorian photographs that have been hand tinited. Though, not bad for a first attempt if I say so myself.
